Melissa Wilkins
Born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, Melissa brings a unique blend of design expertise and architectural knowledge to real estate. She earned her BA in Art History from the University of South Carolina and an MA in Art History from Sotheby’s Institute (London), completed post-graduate studies in Interior Design in Boston, and holds an MA in Architecture from Clemson. Her background allows her to help clients buy and sell homes in Spartanburg and the Upstate, guiding them to find properties they love and helping maximize their value through her design and architectural insight.
Melissa calls Spartanburg home with her husband, Jon, their 7-year-old son, Charles, and their French Bulldog, Hank. When she’s not helping clients buy or sell homes, she enjoys family walks, collecting antiques, and saltwater fishing. She loves dining at local favorites like Isla’s on the Square, Sophia’s, and Gerhard’s, attending the Nutcracker each holiday season, and cheering on Wofford basketball. Deeply rooted in her faith and community, Melissa is an active member of First Presbyterian Church, where she enjoys connecting with others and serving locally through church and community initiatives.
