I remember buying my first home when I was 21 years old. I just graduated college, had a job within my degree, and wanted to find a place to call home. 


The first property I stumbled upon was For Sale By Owner, who happened to be the builder. He built it for his niece, then when she moved, he decided to sell it himself. I loved it, and the location, so I acted upon it quickly, without a Realtor. 


To make a long story short, it was a difficult process, that looking back now, I know was handled wrong in many aspects, and not for my best benefit. 


Now, it's my heart's desire to help others, whether they are buying for the first time like I was, relocating to the Upstate, or selling their family home. I strive to make what can be the most stressful, and often biggest financial decision of your life, as seamless as possible.
