Claudia Sims
Claudia Sims was born in Warsaw, Indiana, where she spent her early childhood years. Her family later moved to Gallatin, Tennessee, for three years before settling in the Inman/Boiling Springs area. Claudia graduated from Boiling Springs High School and continued her education at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, followed by cosmetology school. Claudia enjoyed a successful 16-year career as a cosmetologist before beginning her real estate career eleven years ago, a field that complements her husband Craig's work in land development. Together, they have built a fulfilling life over their 33 years of marriage. They are proud parents to two daughters, Abbey (married to Grant) and Emily (married to Thomas), and grandparents to two grandsons. In her free time, Claudia loves spending time with her family and church community at Church at the Mill. She also enjoys shopping or enjoying the outdoors while boating on Lake Murray. Claudia's dedication to her family, church, and community, along with her passion for real estate, make her an incredible agent!
